Displey Agent Name in Conversation Toggle

In our new version, you can decide whether to show your agents' first names to your customers. 😊

In conversations, the client is exposed to the details of the representatives (by email, chat, and conversations with multiple participants).
We have added a toggle to disable this function. When this setting is off, the agent's first name changes to the company's name.

Note:

If you want to hide the agent's first name, in addition to turning off this definition, make sure there's no use of the agent's first name parameter in the system messages.

  1. Go to Settings.

    Click on the symbol in the agent dashboard.

  2. Click Users All UsersSettings. Click here
  3. Click the Enable displaying agent name in conversation toggle.
