Tag and Close Tickets

In our new version, while closing multiple tickets you can now add tags to them. 😊

Up until now it was possible to mark multiple tickets and close them wiout adding tags.
Now you can choose to Tag and close conversations, thus adding tags before the tickets are closed.

1. Mark all the conversations you wish to close.
2. Click Tag and close conversations.
3. Click on tags to add from the Add tag drop down.
4. Click Confirm.
