Set Department

This endpoint "moves" a ticket to another department. Note, this copies the ticket to the other department where the ticket will receive a new ticket id.

Note:

You cannot move a ticket to a department if one of that department's email addresses is also one of the active participants in the ticket.

In other words, you cannot move a ticket to Department B if one of the ticket's active participants is Department B.

In order to move the ticket, first inactivate any participants whose email addresses are those of the department where you want to move the ticket.
