Overview

Your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID is required when using all WhatsApp endpoints in the API. If you don't know how to find your WABA ID, read on to learn where you can find it.

Finding your WABA ID

Option 1: Find your WABA ID in Meta

To find your WABA ID in Meta, first sign into the Meta Business Suite. Then:

1. Navigate to Settings:

   

2. Under Accounts, select WhatsApp Accounts:

   

3. If you have more than one WABA, select the WABA connected to Glassix:

   

4. Your WABA ID is just under the WABA name:

   

Option 2: Find your WABA ID in Glassix

To find your WABA ID in Glassix, first sign into Glassix. Then:

1. Navigate to Settings:

   

2. Under Channels, select WhatsApp:

   

3. Select Templates. Your WABA ID will be in the top right:
