Overview

Connecting a Gmail address to Glassix helps you consolidate all of your work into one place.
This connection is especially beneficial for businesses previously working with a Gmail account. Connecting your Gmail account to Glassix prevents the need to change your contact information and keep your previous connections with your customers.

Connect Gmail

1. Go to Settings.

   Click on the symbol in the agent dashboard.

2. Click Channels → Email. Click here
3. Click Add.
4. In Connect Email, Click Next → Gmail (Beta) → Sign in with Google.
5. In the Pop-Up, choose an account to sign in with.
6. In the Connect Email window, click Next → close.

Note:

Changing your account's password will disconnect the account from Glassix and require reconnection.
