Overview

Your customers and agents can send various types of attachments. In some cases limiting the allowed file extensions is necessary.

Once you prohibit the use of a file extension:

Agents won't be able to upload files with prohibited extensions to Glassix.
Files sent by customers with prohibited extensions will be automatically removed from the ticket and won't be shown to your agents.

The maximum file size allowed for all media to be sent or forwarded through Glassix is 5 MB.

Manage Allowed File Extensions

Go to Settings.

Click on the symbol in the agent dashboard.
Click Security → Files.
Move file extensions between the Permitted extensions and Prohibited extensions lists.
Click Save
