Post on Your Profile

1. Each root comment (a comment directly on the post) will open a new ticket.

2. Each reply comment will open a new ticket.

Public Tagged posts by Other Profiles

This refers to public posts and comments on other profiles in which your profile is tagged.

Dou to Instagram limitations, posts created by a private account and their comments in which the page is @mentioned won't open a ticket on Glassix.
