Over view

A message card allows you to send a message to your customer. This can be a welcome message, an information message, a goodbye message or anything else you want to say to your customer.

Create Message

1. In the New card sidebar, click on Massage.

2. Fill in the following text boxes as desired for the message: Friendly name,Cover image Title, Text.
3. From the Post message action drop-don, select your desired action and accordingly fill in any boxes shown.
4. Click Save.
