Overview

The flow editor is where you create and manage your bots.

Create flow

1. Go to Settings.

   Click on the symbol in the agent dashboard.

2. Click Chatbot and AI → Chatbot flows editor . Click here
3. Create flow in one of the following ways:
   1. If this is your first flow in the Flow name text box, give your flow a name.
   2. Click on the flow drop-down → Add new flow +, and give your flow a name in the Flow name text box.
