Add Note Card

A note card enables you to add a note transaction to the ticket. This type of transaction is visible only to agents and not to the client, making it useful for recording important information related to the ticket.

A note card enables you to add a note transaction to the ticket. This type of transaction is visible only to agents and not to the client, making it useful for recording important information related to the ticket.

Create Note

  1. In the New card sidebar, click on Note.

  1. Give your note a name in the Friendly name* text box.
  2. Enter the desired Title,Text, or File into their respective fields.

Note:

You can add a file attachment dynamically by clicking on the Dynamic parameter tab on the file modal and choosing a dynamic parameter of type attachment. For more information on Dynamic Parameters read this guide.


  1. In the Action sections, click on the desired option in the drop-down and fill in any boxes shown accordingly.
  2. Click Save.
