Sometimes customers want to contact you or get your attention via Google Business Messages or write reviews on your Google Business page.
Managing all these interactions from Google can be cumbersome and difficult.
In this article, we'll review how to connect your Google Business to your Glassix Department.

Connect Google Business Messages

1. Go to Settings.

   Click on the symbol in the agent dashboard.

2. Click Channels → Google Business Messages. Click here
3. Click Add.
4. In the Connect Google Business Messages window, Click Next → I have a
   Google My Business account.
5. In the Pop-Up, choose an account or click Use another account to connect to another.
6. Follow the instructions to connect your account and click Continue
7. From the list, select the locations you wish to connect.
8. Click Next → Next → Close.

Your Google Business Messages is now connected to your Glassix Department.

Connect Google Business Reviews

1. Go to Settings.

   Click on the symbol in the agent dashboard.

2. Click Channels → Google Business Reviews. Click here
3. Click Add.
4. In the Connect Google Business Messages window, Click Next → I have a
   Google My Business account.
5. In the Pop-Up, choose an account or click Use another account to connect to another.
6. Follow the instructions to connect your account and click Continue
7. From the list, select the locations you wish to connect.
8. Click Next → Next → Close.
